Open Question: Why do people returning to Helsinki from Tallinn, Estonia carry home TONNES of alcohol ?

I have a feeling it is more than just price differences am i right ? I crossed the gulf to visit Tallinn by boat and upon return i found 8/10 people were carrying HUGE HUGE amounts of alcoholic beverages in bags and luggage...why is that ? Is alcohol like banned in Helsinki or what ?... read more
